Harper Nichols is an artist whose photographic practice blurs the line between the real and the constructed. Using objects and other bodies as stand-ins for herself, she asks the question, how do boundaries, both physical and emotional, shape how we perceive the world, and how we navigate our relationships with others.

Originally from Birmingham Alabama, she holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2022), and a Master of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from The University of Georgia (2026).
