Janice Buffett is a 67-year-old with osteoarthritis in her knees.

She had a knee replacement surgery that did not go well and is now in the process of correcting it. Janice retired from working after years of navigating with her disability in a 100 percent commission, high-competition sales job.

With the help of her loving family, she has reached a point of acceptance with who she is and is able to see the good in her disability experience.
